Delivery And Assembly

We work with a number of courier services to get your purchase to you. In some cases we arrange for your product to come direct from the manufacturer.

Some items will come with a 1 man Delivery others require a 2 man team.

Delivery

Delivery is to the door only (Ground Floor) the couriers are not responsible or insured for delivery to a specific room in the premises.

Access

If you feel the van may have trouble accessing your address/property please do make us aware in advance to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Assembly

You are responsible for your own assembly of the product and to follow to the instructions provided (if any) with the correct assembly tools (if required).

Cost.

Delivery is free for all our products to Mainland UK.

There are certain postcode areas that require an extra delivery charge and others we are not able to deliver to at present unfortunately. (Please see here for more information)
